Return & Exchange Policy
Policy Overview:
At Monocot Fashion, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Return Policy:
- Customers can return the product within 15 days of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at monocotfashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchange Policy:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the above return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Faulty Products:
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at monocotfashion@gmail.com . We will provide a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
COD Returns:
- For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit as per the customer’s preference.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
- Monocot is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
